Two kinds of tools
Older tools (Self-Check, AI Inventory): these process your answers to show you a result and do not store your answers on our servers. If you ask for a follow-up, we receive only the contact details and result band you submit.
Contractor funnel (/contractors): these tools do store what you submit so we can follow up and book your audit.
What the contractor funnel collects
- Name, business name, email, optional mobile phone, and trade.
- Your calculator inputs or quiz answers and results.
- Your booking time.
- Marketing source (UTM tags, referring site, landing page) and your language choice.
- Your consent choices, the exact consent wording you saw, and the time.
- Survey answers, stored without your name. Survey answers are linked to you only if you separately choose to leave contact details.
How we use it
To show your results, send confirmation and reminders, run the free audit, follow up if you agreed, and understand which pages bring useful visitors. We do not sell your information.
Email and text messages
Booking confirmations and reminders are sent because you booked. Other follow-up email or text only happens if you checked the matching box. Each box is separate and unchecked by default. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in email to opt out at any time. See our SMS terms.
Service providers
We use Netlify (hosting and storage), Resend (email), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics), and, if enabled, Twilio (text messages). They process data for us under their own terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep lead records while they are useful for the business relationship, then delete them. Email cameron@valleyagentworks.com to see, correct or delete your information.
Children
These tools are for business owners and are not directed to children.

Dos tipos de herramientas
Herramientas anteriores (Self-Check, Inventario de IA): procesan sus respuestas para mostrarle un resultado y no las guardan en nuestros servidores. Si pide seguimiento, solo recibimos los datos de contacto y el nivel de resultado que envíe.
Embudo para contratistas (/contractors): estas herramientas sí guardan lo que usted envía para poder darle seguimiento y agendar su auditoría.
Qué recopila el embudo para contratistas
- Nombre, negocio, correo, teléfono móvil opcional y oficio.
- Sus datos de calculadora o respuestas de la prueba y los resultados.
- La hora de su cita.
- Origen de marketing (etiquetas UTM, sitio de referencia, página de entrada) e idioma.
- Sus opciones de consentimiento, el texto exacto que vio y la hora.
- Respuestas de encuestas, guardadas sin su nombre. Solo se vinculan con usted si decide dejar sus datos por separado.
Cómo lo usamos
Para mostrar resultados, enviar confirmaciones y recordatorios, realizar la auditoría gratis, dar seguimiento si usted aceptó y entender qué páginas traen visitantes útiles. No vendemos su información.
Correo y mensajes de texto
Las confirmaciones y recordatorios se envían porque usted agendó. Otros correos o textos de seguimiento solo se envían si marcó la casilla correspondiente. Cada casilla es independiente y viene sin marcar. Responda STOP a los textos o use el enlace de cancelar suscripción en los correos. Vea los términos de SMS.
Proveedores
